About the place

Due to my studies in South Africa, I'm looking for a nice roommate for my housemate. Ideally, I’m looking for someone for a year, with the possibility of extension.

You’ll be living with a great guy, 27 years old, who works as a gym teacher at a primary school. He’s sporty, enjoys hanging out with friends, and also likes spending time together—whether it’s eating, chilling, or working out.

The apartment is small but fully equipped: it has a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, and a spacious bedroom of about 14 square meters.

Since I’ll be studying abroad, I’m renting out the room furnished. It already has a double bed, a nightstand, two PAX wardrobes, a bookshelf, and a small drawer unit.
