- Size of the bedroom: approx 7m2 with extra closet space in another room! 
- Price: €1000 incl. g/w/e/internet excl. taxes

- Preference: full-time working female between 25 and 45 years old. 
- Registration possible 1st of April. 

It is easily accessible by public transport (Lelylaan trein station, tram, metro and buses). Albert Heijn, Lidl and Kruidvat are located on the square. For a beautiful quiet walk you can walk straight into the Rembrandt park, very nice to have picknicks. Dam Square is only 20 minutes away by bike, within 5 mins biking you are in the Jordaan! 

The furnished apartment consists of a  kitchen (incl. dishwasher, electric hob, fridge, freezer and combi-microwave), living room, bathroom, washing machine and dryer, large balcony, 2 bedrooms and a big storage in the basement. 

Month of February and Mach you will be staying in a room 10m2 and from April you wil be in the room 7m2 per month. 

27, 28 feb en 1,2 march due to constructions from the  owner, the room/apartment won't be available.  

You will be sharing the apartment with just one girl!
