As one of our roommate is moving back to italy a room in our lovely top floor corner apartment is available!

- metro 7 min walk
-biljmer station 10 min walk
- ah/lidl/action all walking distance (under 10)
- food places nearby as well
- cinema
-building has cameras and need key to enter so security is good

Well first the room will be available for 3 months on a 
trial basis if it works out can stay longer. Rent will increase every year in january starting 2%
