Now looking for a new roommate for our spacious shared apartment.  

About your Room:
Completely Furnished: Full bed; closet; desk; chair; lighting; mirror; bookshelf; curtains; flatscreen tv and Wifi.  
 
Shared Spaces: 
The common shared spaces consist of a bright living room with Smart TV; Couche; Modern fully equipped open kitchen with combi oven & microwave & large dining table; Outdoor balcony; Bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower & two sinks; Separate toilet room and Storage with use washing machine. 
 
The Area: 
Rembrandtpark and supermarkets (Albert Heijn, Kruidvat) close by. Public transport is only a few minutes walking with good connections to the city centre (Tram 13). Subway Station (50 & 51)  and Bus 18 (5min walk) also close by.  
 
About your Housemates:  
You will share the apartment with me; my son (currently studying at the UVA) and our beloved two small doggies. 
  
Conditions: 
The rent of €800,- is including Gas/Water/Electricity, WiFi, city tax and all service costs.  
€800,- deposit (fully refundable at the end of rental period). 
Maximum 1 person. Working person or serious student only. 
Non-Smoking room (Smoking is allowed at balcony, no drugs); No overnight guests.  
Registration at Municipality is allowed. Dog lovers have our preference. 
Rental period: From July 18th till November 1st of 2025. 
Extension is not possible.
