Spacious 18m² bedroom for rent with a balcony in a shared, renovated designer apartment on Amstelveenseweg, entrance Bosbaan, with a south-facing balcony overlooking the Amsterdamse Bos.

Spacious bathroom with bathtub and a spacious designer kitchen. Looking for a very tidy female working roommate; expats are welcome, but students are not preferred. The apartment is a shared space of approximately 80m². Availability is subject to availability due to extended travel abroad. Furnishing the apartment yourself is not possible.

Ideal tenant: female, very clean and tidy, no parties at home, and is either full time working or studying.

Available for March and April, with the option to extend upon mutual agreement and request. A fixed-term sublease contract without extension under Dutch law will apply.

This is my own home that I am subletting to a very trusting candidate.
