About the place

Hi! I am going to be moving out of my apartment this month and am looking for a roommate that can take over my room. 

The apartment is 84m2, it is furnished, quiet, nice & clean and only 5 minutes to the train station. The other roommate is very clean & respectful and is an accountant at KPMG. 

The apartment was unfurnished when I rented it, and I purchased *everything* except the fridge. 

Because I remember how annoying and difficult it was to get everything setup, I am happy to leave these items here; except my bedframe which I really like and would pick up after 1 - 2 months (or immediately, depends on you; I have also excluded it from the takeover costs :) ). 

I can send you the breakdown for the furnishings, but after 20%+ depreciation for the 1 year, the cost is 5100. I am ok with you breaking this up over monthly payments.
