You are only eligible for this studio if you:
* need to temporarily move elsewhere due to work or renovations in your home
* are going through a divorce, can demonstrate that you no longer live with your partner, and are temporarily renting the studio to be close to your child(ren).
* are a student and are temporarily renting in a different municipality than your current home for your studies;

THE STUDIO:
A cozy studio in a residential area of ​​Amsterdam, with a chandelier and open-plan kitchen. Direct access to your own roof terrace, bathroom, and separate toilet. The layout and high ceiling make it practical and spacious for its modest size. The washing machine is shared with the owner. We are looking for a neat female student or working woman.
