Furnished, wooden floor, corner sofa, teak dining table and wardrobe, etc. In a charming and well-maintained 1930s building with a decent entrance and wide staircase. Own kitchen corner in the studio room and shared bathroom & toilet. (Cleaning costs € 25/ month). Internet service of  1GB. For 1 person.
