I’m looking for a new housemate to join me in my lovely apartment in Amsterdam, right next to the Amstel in the lively De Pijp neighborhood.

🏡 The apartment has a spacious shared furnished living room & kitchen, a bathroom, a small balcony, and two bedrooms (total 85m2). The available room is at the back of the house (not facing the road), and registration at this address is possible.

🛋️ The room is fully furnished with a built-in bed and closet, so you can move in hassle-free.
💶 Rent: €1200 per month excluding
💰 Deposit: 1 month’s rent

👤 About me: I’m 25, working full-time, and I enjoy having friends over for dinners and a cozy atmosphere at home. I’m looking for a working professional around the same age — someone easygoing, tidy, and who doesn’t mind a social household (and a cat 🐱 in the house).

📅 Availability: 1 October 2025 – 31 March 2026 (6 months), extending may be possible
🚇 Location: 5 min walk to Lidl, tram & metro connections, and just steps away from the Amstel.
