About the place

Hi! 
I’m moving out and we’re looking for a new tenant (female, 23+ years old, student or working) for a cozy 9m² furnished room in a lovely apartment near Oosterpark.

The apartment is in a calm neighborhood, yet just around the corner from great cafés, Dappermarkt, and Muiderpoort station. The city center is only 15 minutes by bike, and Roeterseiland Campus is just an 8-minute ride away.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk + chair, wardrobe, and storage space – ideal for settling in right away.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two other friendly housemates who both work a lot and are often out, so it’s a peaceful place. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, friendly, and respects others' space.
