About the place

Hallo,  we are a family with a kid ( 6 years old) renting out one room which is a nice room with two big windows facing the canal. The room is furnished with a bed with mattress, a small bureau and a closet. Our house has floor heating. The room is on the first floor with its view to the canal. You will be sharing the bathroom , toilet and the kitchen (induction system). The wash machine is in the bath room and will be shared. Laundry should be done during weekend. We have a  bicycle shed where you can put your bicycle safe. Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station is  6 min by bus 61and tram 13 is 4 mins away. The supermarket nearby are Albert Heijn (3min), Vomar (2 min) and Lidl. There are lots of recreative location nearby for a nice walk or for a cup of coffee for example Fruittuin van West. We are looking for a non-smoker working woman, with 9-5 working hours. Working from home is not preferred. Registration is possible. Let me know if you are interested in our room.
