About the place

The house is fully equipped with all facilities. Internet, (wifi),  shared kitchen with all equipments and an eating table.
Bathroom with washing machine and a separated toilet. 
The room has a single bed to have more space (one picture is with doubble bed).
Ikea bookcase as a clothes closet. There is an option to place a closet on the living room, if it is needed.
Room entrance via living room door, complete living room with a big round table, 4 chairs and a comfortable sofa.
Relax atmosphere, spacious and bright house. All to share with me, the owner.
The kitchen gives entry to the "sunny" balcony. Good orientation and good location.
No pets allowed.

Important notice: room available from 1 December for 1 person. Non smoker. No registration possible.
