About the place

The apartment is situated at the Admiraal de Ruijterweg, a 15-minute bike or a 10 minute tram/bus ride from Central Station and Dam square. All the café’s, restaurants, lunchrooms and supermarkets are nearby. The Rozengracht and famous Jordaan area is on the corner as well as the very lively Westerpark.

The proposal is appartment sharing including your private room.
you rent a small furnished bedroom. The advantage is that I often don't stay in the apartment but with my boyfriend or am traveling for work. This means that you have the whole apartment to yourself.
When I am there I use the living room and kitchen, besides my own (sleeping) room. Bathroom and toilet are shared. I am looking for someone who is neat and clean.   Registration is possible.

This context also makes the apartment very attractive, and certainly in combination with the price: € 875, - incl. GWL and internet, washing machine, bath and shower.
