About the place

A room in a beautiful and fully furnished apartment located in a calm and quiet neighborhood in Noord. The apartment is very spacious with a large living room and a balcony. The kitchen has a dishwasher and the bathroom has a washing machine. It is not permitted to smoke in the apartment or on the balcony.

I, the current tenant, am studying and would prefer to find another student around the age 20-25 as my new roommate. Since the majority of the apartment is shared, it is important that you are social but also value your own privacy.
