hey all, my cozy room in Amstelveen is available from July 18th, with the contract running until 30.9.26 :)

- Rent is 1036,80 including heating, approx 1100 with the other utilities (we can split July); deposit is 650; registration possible

- Big room, with a 180x200 bed and all the furniture you see in the pics, minus the brat mirror

- Located by the tram stop Kronenburg on lines 5 and 25 in a quiet but well-connected neighbourhood, also very close to the Amsterdamse Bos

- Dishwasher, washer-dryer, balcony, large living room; the apartment is on the 7th floor and gets lots of natural light

- Roommates are two girls, one is a close friend of mine but she's moving out by the end of summer as well, the other is a CS student at the VU
