Room for Rent – Immediate Move-In

Hi there!

I have two rooms available for rent, and you can choose the one that suits you best:
	1.	Attic Room – €1100/month
	•	Very spacious with a cozy divider separating the spaces (not fully enclosed).
	•	Includes access to the laundry area, which is shared with other housemates.
	2.	Small Room – €1000/month
	•	Compact but offers maximum privacy.

What’s included:
	•	All utilities + Wi-Fi.
	•	Access to a beautiful garden, fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower).

Important:
	•	I need to rent these rooms as soon as possible, so move-in is from NOW, not in a month or more.
