I am searching for a female tenant for a furnished room in my recently relocated home. I am a 30-year-old female graduate, currently employed, and seeking a roommate up to the age of 36.
The residence is situated in the tranquil and safe neighborhood of Zonnestein, with all amenities close at hand. The apartment spans 60 square meters and boasts 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is spacious and is offered unfurnished, while the other bedroom is smaller and already equipped with necessary furniture.
The residence features a shared bathroom and kitchen, which we will utilize together. The location is perfect for students or professionals, as it is only a 5-minute tram ride from the Vrije Universiteit and the Zuidas, and a maximum of 10 minutes from both locations. Moreover, there is a shopping center with various shops and eateries right across from the residence, and an Albert Heijn supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.

Small room: 600 euros per month.( FURNISHED, SEE PICTURE)
Large room: 800 euros per month. (Normally unfurnished but I have a sofa bed available and a small wardrobe).
