Temporary room available in a cozy international student apartment!

I’m looking for a subletter for a 6-month period (July 20 through January 31)—must be a student!!

About the room:
- 9 m²
- fully furnished
- includes a bed, built-in wardrobe, extra wardrobe, desk with chair, and a Billy bookcase
- registration possible!!!
- Rent 850 per month,  excluding utilities!!
About the house:
You’ll be living with 2 other roommates in a mixed and international student house. We’re all in our final year of studies and have a nice balance between socializing and doing our own thing. You’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. 

Location:
The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Amstelveen’s city center, where you’ll find just about everything. 
It’s also a 15-minute bike ride to VU University and a half-hour bike ride to the city center. Tram lines 5 and 25 are a 5-minute walk away. 


Who are we looking for?
We are specifically looking for a student. Unfortunately, someone who works full-time is not a good fit. We are looking for someone who is tidy, sociable, and independent.
