Flat Details:
Spacious shared flat, 100m²
Fully furnished with a shared kitchen, living room, balcony, storage, bike storage, and a large entrance area.
short-term stay only (4 to 7 months).

Location:
Calm neighborhood with green areas and parks.
2 minutes to Tram Station Onderuit.
10-15 minutes to Amsterdam Zuid by bike/tram.
Close to Amsterdam Stadshart mall and supermarkets.

Rent and Charges:
€700 per month plus approximately €50 for shared charges.
€20 for internet and €20 for electricity, shared municipal taxes + small cost for soap toilet paper etc..

About Us: We are two young professionals who often work from home, so maintaining a calm and clean living environment is very important to us.

What We’re Looking For:
Someone calm, clean, and considerate.
Willing to adhere to a strict cleaning schedule (3-hour cleaning of the flat every 3 weeks).
No leaving food out or dishes in the sink; common areas should be cleaned after use.
Occasional dinners with friends are fine, but no house parties.
No smoking, no pets, and no frequent or extended guests. Partners can stay over for a night or two at most.
