About the place

**SHORT CONTRACT**
**Due to high demand, I may not respond to inquiries that don’t match**
Looking for 1 (preferably) female tenant for one of the rooms at our shared house!

-6 minutes away from bus stop, tram station, supermarkets and drug stores. 
-A passport copy is needed for security
-No sex, no party
-No smoking of any type
-You'll have basic amenities, including bedding
-The room is on the top floor of a 3-floor house. It's next to another girl's room.
-You'll share the house with 3 other roommates. They are clean, organized, friendly Japanese females in their late 20s to late 30s. We are active until 0:00 so it's not suitable for early birds.
