About the place

Hi, are you perhaps the new tenant (non smoking) who would like to rent a room in my house?
The room is 22m2 and located on the 1st floor and facing south it has a private balcony of 11m2. The room is fully furnished. It is a nice large bright room and the house is shared by the owner and another tenant. The 1st bathroom is shared by 2 people, there are also 3 toilets. The kitchen is shared. The house is located close to the center and a 7-minute and 5-minute walk from tram 25 and buses 199 and 174. Within a 10-minute walk there are 2/3 shopping centers, a care center with general practitioners, physiotherapists and a pharmacy and a hospital. Many sports facilities including: tennis, golf, cycling and walking routes and swimmingpool.
There are plenty of parking spaces at the house which are free and it is very green surrounding with many trees in a quiet location.
