About the place

Looking to rent a room to a working professional in my house. The tenant will also have her/his own bathroom (which will be used sparingly by the owner as it has the laundry and for storage access)
I'm looking a working professional who is responsible and clean.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood with the metro stop, shopping center all within 5 min, a bus stop within a minute of walking.  
Duration can be discussed.
The room currently has a tenant so will have to plan visits accordingly
