Looking for a quiet, clean, and professional place to stay? I am offering a bright 12m2 room in a spacious 90m2 apartment located in the "Logger" area of Amstelveen.

​The Space:
The apartment has a clean "vintage 90s" vibe—well-maintained, high ceilings, and very tidy. You won't just be renting a room; you’ll have access to a full 90m2 living space, including:

​Professional Home Office: Equipped with dual screens and ergonomic setup—perfect for Bachelor/Master/PhD students or young professional. ​Large Living Room: Plenty of light and space to relax. ​Kitchen & Bathroom: Fully functional, clean, and private. ​Fitness: Pull-up bar available in the apartment for quick workouts.

​Location (Travel Times):
​VU University: 10 mins by bike/public transport. ​Amsterdam Zuidas: 10 mins. ​Schiphol Airport: 15 mins by bus. ​Amsterdam Centre: 20-25 mins.

​What I offer:
The room is currently unfurnished, giving you the freedom to set it up as you like. If needed, I can assist with providing a bed or basic furniture upon request. This is flexible and without long-term commitment. Feel free to let me know your preferences during our call.

​Moving Help: I can assist you with moving your belongings and setting up a bed frame if needed. ​Peace & Quiet: You’ll be sharing the apartment with only one professional (me). I value privacy, cleanliness, and a relaxed atmosphere.

As my girlfriend stays over sometimes, I am looking for a respectful tenant who understands and fits this quiet living dynamic. Ideal for an (international) Bachelors/Masters/PhD student or young professional looking for a serene environment to work or study.

​The Ideal Candidate:
Preferably a tenant that values a relaxed and clean household balance - ideally international Bachelor/Master/PhD student or young professional. ​Non-smoker, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. ​Max. stay: 6 months (short-stay). Extension negotiable. Pets negotiable.

​Financials:

​Rent: €1,000 per month (all-in). ​Deposit: EUR 500 + 1st month upfront + 1 month deposit (€2,500 total to move in).
