The studio is situated on the ground floor of an apartment complex. In the studio, you can make use of your own kitchenette. The bathroom is located in the hallway and is shared with two other working individuals.
Details:
•  Available for a minimum of 6 months, maximum of 12 months.
•  Expats welcome.
•  Rent includes advance payment for gas, water, electricity, service costs, and use of the washing machine.
•  Preference for non-smokers and no pets.
•  Deposit is one month’s rent.
•  Permanent contract with income that comfortably covers the rent and/or a parental guarantee with employment.
