About the place

Hi! 
I am looking for someone (M/F/X) to take care of my two rooms while I am traveling from April 12 to July 4, 2025. This is a temporary sublet.
- Rent: €640 all-inclusive.
- Two rooms, each approximately 16 m². Both rooms have a lovely sunny south-facing balcony.
- A kitchen and bathroom that you share with two people. In total, there are seven others living in the house, of whom you share a floor with two.
- 7-minute walk to Amersfoort Central Station and the city center. The house is located in Bergkwartier.
- Bonus if you can take care of my plants.
- Furnished, only the wardrobes will be emptied so you can store your own belongings.

We are a mixed-gender household (M/F/X), all either working or in the final phase of our studies. Preference for someone 21+. We enjoy doing things together from time to time but also value our own space.
