About the place

A spacious, very bright, independent, furnished room of 16.5 m² (5.10 x 3.25 m) with balcony. The room has central heating. You can use the bathroom which is next to the room, the toilet (one stairs down), washing machine and kitchen (with gas stove, dishwasher and oven). There is also wifi in the room. The rent includes gas, electricity and water consumption. The room is on the second floor of the house. It is about 10 min. walk (by bike 5 min.) to the railway station and bus station. The shopping center is 5 minutes walking. You should not dislike cats, because two cats are walking around the house.
