Couple living near Leiden looking for female tenant studying in Leiden in the age of 18 - 26 years with a minimum stay until 1-9-2025.

What we have to offer is:
- Furnished private room of 10 m2 on the first floor of a three-storey house.
- Living room with open kitchen on ground floor of 40 m2 (shared with us)
- Toilet on ground floor (shared with us)
- Bathroom on first floor (shared with us)
- Storage room for your bicycle of 10 m2 (shared with us)
- Garden of 55 m2 connected to living room (shared with us)
- Radiator in all rooms which can be set to a constant temperature

The total distance from our home to Leiden University will be 13 km and would take you 52 - 71 minutes by public transport depending on which connection you would take. It would take you 55 minutes of cycling.

For academic year 2024/2025 the total rent will be 499 euros per month and consist of the following: rent, municipality tax, water authority tax, advance payment for service costs (utilities (water, gas, electricity)), furniture, and internet.

Registration with the municipality is required.
