Registration is possible. Contract goes untill August but is possible to renew it for another year.

Rent is 1000 + 100 utilities. Deposit is 1500 fully refundable. 

The house has a total of 157sqm and has 1 toilet and 1 bathroom on different floors. 

The house is 45 min away from VU/UvA in a residential neighborhood.

The house is shared with other 2 housemates 21yo and 27yo (M), both students/workers and very quite people. 

No party in the house.
