About the place

Freshly renovated room for 1 person in shared flat. 10m2 in VERY quiet house. Some of the flatmates work night shifts and expect the others to be quiet during the day. At 10 minutes walking distance to the shopping center and train station Almere-Buiten, near the forest. Because of recent negative experiences, the landlord attaches importance to the tenant treating the room with care and fulfilling his other duties. Smokers, alcoholics, weirdos or drug addicts: look elsewhere! 
A cleaning lady comes by once a month, but she can't go after the tenants to clean up. If you think you don't have to clean up your own mess “because I'm a man,” “because I work so hard,” “because my mother always cleaned up after me,” or for any other reason, look elsewhere! If you like to leave the house without locking the door behind you: look elsewhere! We cannot afford a doorman!
Despite these harsh statements: a really friendly group that has seen almost all nationalities over time!
