Rent
The total monthly rent for the room, including service charges, is €750,-.
The service charges cover a fully furnished and decorated room with Wi-Fi, use of the washing machine and dryer, kitchen and appliances, gas, electricity, water, municipal taxes, and maintenance services provided by a caretaker.

In addition to the rent, we ask for a one-time deposit of €750.

The Room
The room is 12m² and fully furnished, including a 140x200 cm box spring bed with topper, a desk, chairs, a spacious wardrobe, and curtains.

You’ll also have access to a luxurious shared kitchen and living room (39m²), where you can cook and relax together with the other residents.

The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove—everything you need! The living room is cozy and welcoming, with a large dining table and a comfortable lounge area.

In the shared garden, you can relax and enjoy the sunny spring and summer days.

Location
The house is located in a quiet and well-kept neighborhood.
For groceries, it’s just an 8-minute walk to a large Plus supermarket or a 4-minute bike ride to an Albert Heijn.

Public transport is also conveniently close: it’s an 8-minute walk to a bus stop where you can take the M3 line, or a 4-minute bike ride to Almere Muziekwijk train station.
