Rental price
The total cost of the room including service costs is €650 per month.
 
The service costs include an upholstered and furnished room with WiFi, use of the washing machine, kitchen and equipment, gas, electricity, water, municipal taxes and services and maintenance by a caretaker.
 
In addition to the rent, we ask for a one-time deposit of €750.
 
The room
The room is 14m2 and fully furnished; box spring bed 140x200 with topper, desk, chairs, spacious closet and curtains.
 
There is also a luxurious shared kitchen and living room for cooking and relaxing with the other residents. This shared space is 46m2.
 
The communal kitchen has a washing machine, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven and stove. Equipped with all amenities. The living room is comfortably furnished with a spacious dining table and a lovely lounge corner.
 
You can relax in the garden during the beautiful spring and summer days.
 
The house is located in a quiet and neat neighborhood. For groceries, you can walk to a large Plus supermarket in 8 minutes or cycle to an Albert Heijn in 4 minutes. The house is also ideally located in terms of public transport. In 8 minutes you can walk to a bus stop where you can catch the M3 line. Would you rather go by train? You can cycle to Almere Muziekwijk train station in 4 minutes.
