Are you a female student/young professional looking for a well-maintained room to share with one housemate? Then you've come to the right place.

We offer a contract for €950 per month, including service charges. This includes a fully furnished room with a private en-suite bathroom, Wi-Fi, use of the washing machine, kitchen, and appliances, gas, electricity, water, and municipal taxes.

In addition to the rent, we require a one-time deposit of €950.

The Room
The room is 18m² and you share a toilet and the kitchen/diner. It is also fully furnished: a 140x200 box-spring bed with mattress topper, desk, chairs, a spacious closet, curtains, and a private walk-in shower.

There is also a shared kitchen and dining area where you can enjoy cooking with the other residents. This shared space is 43m².

The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. The kitchen/diner has a dining table surrounded by comfortable chairs.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, a 5-minute walk from the shopping center and Almere Buiten train station.
