About the place

I’m looking for a friendly and calm roommate (male or female) who is polite and respectful towards others. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and I’m looking for someone who appreciates the same.

Smoking is not allowed, and preferably no (excessive) alcohol consumption.

The apartment was completed in December 2022 and has a brand-new kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. Everything is provided and included: ultra-fast internet (1GB/s), water, electricity, washing machine, rice cooker, air fryer, sandwich maker, kettle, and more. Energy-efficient with label A+++.
