LOCATION:
Almere Poort is the new, dynamic city center, still undergoing rapid development. Nearby, you'll find a covered market and a variety of shops and restaurants. The Europakwartier district features a new large supermarket, shops, restaurants, schools, and a health center. There's also a childcare center nearby. Almere Poort train station, Cascade Park, and the Almere International School are within walking distance. The beach (Almeerderstrand) is just a 5-minute bike ride away.
Amsterdam Central Station is a 25-minute public transport ride from Almere Poort, and Amsterdam, Utrecht, Hilversum, and Amersfoort are also easily accessible by car (via the A6 and A27 highways).

LAYOUT:

The shared ground floor:
Through the entrance, you enter the hall with the meter cupboard. You then continue through the hallway to the toilet with a small sink. From the hall, you access the spacious living room with French doors leading to the back garden and a high ceiling. The modern open-plan kitchen is located at the front of the house. The kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and extractor hood. The shared back garden is accessible from the living room.

First floor:
The stairs lead to the first floor bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity, toilet, and heated towel rail. Two bedrooms, belonging to other residents, are also located on this floor.

Second floor:
The stairs lead to the second floor, which features a very spacious bedroom that runs from the front to the back of the house. It also has a French balcony.
