A beautiful, fully furnished room (for one person or a couple) is available for rent in Almere Haven.

The room (24 m²) is located on the first floor and is equipped with a double bed (including storage, mattress, mattress protector, duvet cover, and pillow with case), a spacious wardrobe, and a comfortable armchair.

On the ground floor (45 m²), you will find the living room, kitchen, hallway, toilet, and a large garden (65 m²).
The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and TV unit.
The kitchen is equipped with an American-style fridge-freezer, stovetop with extractor hood, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and a dining table with four chairs.
All these facilities are shared with only one other person.
The hallway, shower, and toilet on the first floor are also shared with just one other person.

A washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board are available for shared use in the hallway on the second floor.

The rent is €1,500 per month (all-inclusive) for one person and €1,700 per month for a couple. The room feels more spacious in reality than it appears in the photos and is situated on the first floor of a single-family home.

The location is ideal: it is within walking distance of a health center, a supermarket, and the Gooimeer lake with its beach. The center of Almere Haven featuring various shops, the lively 'Havenkom' (harbor basin), and several nature areas is also nearby. A bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, offering a connection to the train station in approximately 15 minutes. By car, you can reach the A6 and A1 motorways heading towards Amsterdam, Utrecht, or Lelystad within a few minutes.

The area is green and offers plenty of parking space. Parking is free, and bicycles can be safely stored in the back garden.
