About the place

A beautiful room of approximately 24 m² is becoming available in my spacious, recently fully renovated home in Almere. The room has its own walk-in shower with a glass door, a luxurious vanity unit and underfloor heating, giving you plenty of privacy and comfort.

In addition, you will share the spacious living room and luxury open-plan kitchen of approximately 60 m² with me. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, steam oven, large fridge and freezer. The living room also has air conditioning.

I live in the house myself, so I’m looking for someone who is also a good match in terms of lifestyle and how we share a home. I enjoy occasionally having dinner together, sharing a drink or simply catching up, but I value privacy and having our own lives just as much. .An open-minded and relaxed atmosphere at home is important to me, where everyone can simply be themselves 🌈. I don’t want it to feel like an impersonal landlord-tenant arrangement, but at the same time, there’s definitely no expectation that we have to do everything together.

I regularly work from home in my own office. There is also a separate guest room/home office with a proper workspace. This room will remain my own space, but if you occasionally work from home, you’re welcome to use the workspace by arrangement.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy and hygienic, treats the house with respect, is reliable and communicates well. There is also a French bulldog living in the house, so it’s important that you’re comfortable having a dog around.

The house is located in Almere, with good connections to Amsterdam and the rest of the Randstad.
