A beautiful, fully furnished room is available for rent in Almere Haven.

The room is equipped with all the essentials, including a double bed with storage space, mattress, mattress protector, duvet cover, pillow with pillowcase, kettle, air fryer, table with chair, spacious wardrobe, lounge chair, and internet access.

For shared use, there is a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. The kitchen, living room, garden, shower, and toilet are shared.

The rent is €1,350 per month, excluding gas, electricity, water, internet, cable TV, and municipal charges. The all-inclusive rent is €1,500 per month.

For a couple, the rent is €1,500 per month, or €1,700 including all utilities.

The room looks more spacious in person than it appears in the photos and is located on the first floor of a family home.

The location is ideal: a healthcare centre, supermarket, and the Gooimeer lake with its beach are all within walking distance. The centre of Almere Haven, with various shops, the charming Havenkom harbour, and several nature areas, is also nearby. The bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away, with buses reaching the train station in approximately 15 minutes. By car, you can reach the A6 and A1 motorways within a few minutes, providing easy access to Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Lelystad.

The neighbourhood is green and offers plenty of free parking. A bicycle can be stored safely in the backyard.

The room will be available from 1 November 2026. Viewings can be arranged by mutual agreement.
