About the Living Space

A beautiful, fully furnished room of 12 m² is available for rent in Almere Haven. This is a “hospita” rental; the owner, a young lady, also lives in the house along with her cats.

The room comes with a single bed with a mattress, mattress protector, duvet cover, pillow with pillowcase, refrigerator, kitchenette with faucet, microwave, kettle, air fryer, table with chair, spacious wardrobe, lounge chair, kettle, television, and internet.

There is a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board available for shared use. The kitchen and shower/toilet are shared.

Gas, electricity, water, internet, cable TV, and municipal taxes are included in the rental price of €900 per month. The room is actually larger in reality than it appears in photos or videos. The room is located on the first floor of a family home.

The location is very convenient; you are close to all desired amenities. Within walking distance, you’ll find a health center, supermarket, and Gooimeer with its beach. The center of Almere Haven, with its shops, the cozy Harbor area, and several nature areas, are also nearby. There is a bus stop in the vicinity, from where you can reach the train station in approximately 15 minutes. Within a few minutes by car, you are on the A6/A1 highway towards Amsterdam and/or Utrecht/Lelystad.

There is a lot of greenery and parks in the surrounding area. Parking is free, and a bicycle can be safely stored in the backyard/shed.

The rent is €900 per month, all-inclusive. The deposit is one month’s rent, €900.
