I have 1 room for rent for a neat, working or studying, responsible young lady. 
The room is equipped with a built-in wardrobe and a single bed. With use of kitchen with cooking facilities, bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine, dryer and WiFi. 

Price: € 600 per month incl. one month deposit. Rent and deposit must be paid in full in advance before moving in.
