About the place

Hello! 
On the top floor of our house we have a room and a bathroom, which we are not using. In order not to waste the space we decided to rent this room. We are looking for a person who is able to share living with four person family and a dog and cat, who is not smoking and who brings us some positive energy :) 
To take: room with a private bathroom, shared kitchen, preferably for a person who wants to stay at least few months.
