Plates, cutlery, towels, etc. are already in the kitchen and you do not have to bring your own. 

The nearest bus stop is about a 25-minute walk, so keep that in mind. 

You get your own parking space for your car, and bicycles / scooters can be safely parked in front of the door. 

We are looking for a neat student to rent this room for 1 year. Only students can rent the room due to the laws regarding temporary rental contracts!
