About the place

This room is not like other rooms. You get your own front door, stairs, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Everything about the room is new and the house was built less than 2 years ago. The bathroom has a rain shower, toilet and sink. The bedroom is already furnished and you don't have to do anything anymore. The bathroom and the bedroom both have underfloor heating. The kitchen has everything you will need, including a well-functioning stove, oven (/microwave), dishwasher and more. Please note that the nearest bus stop is ~20 minutes walk and most places are not easy to reach by bike. We recommend that you only come here if you have a scooter/car or have no problem with travel times. Everything is very easy to reach by car, as you are very close to the A6 and A27. You will have your own parking space, and you could possibly use the space in front of the front door to park a scooter.
