The room and bathroom both have underfloor heating and are fully furnished. 
The kitchen area is shared with 1 other person, so it is important that you can handle the kitchen cleanly and with respect. You have an independent front door and hallway, to which you will also receive the key. 

Important: bus stop is a 25-minute walk from the house 

6-12 months is the ideal rental period for us.
