The room is in a well-maintained clean house. It has just been painted and the bathroom has just been renovated. The current composition of residents is, apart from the new tenant: 1 lady and 2 gentlemen. They are all working people who do not cause any nuisance. The room has many windows and is wonderfully light. The neighborhood feels safe. There is a shed where you can put a bike and with that Almere and nature are open to you because it is on the edge of a beautiful nature reserve (Almere borders a National Park!). The current residents are very happy and there is a positive, happy atmosphere. There is 1 person who speaks English and 1 English speaker. The supermarket is nearby but of course you can also have food delivered if you do not want to cook in the cozy kitchen. The kitchen has an oven / gas stove and there is a fridge-freezer combination and of course a microwave. There is also a washing machine! Shopping center Doemere is very close and you can shop endlessly there.
Pets are not allowed so they can't cause any smells or nuisance.
Smoking is not allowed.

Deposit is 600 and must be paid at the time of accepting the room. The room is available from May 6st so the rent will also start on that date in principle.
The rent is 599 per month and we start with a 6 month contract. Longer rent is possible. Other residents are happy and have been living there for a long time. Rent is always paid one month in advance. Internet costs 12 euros per month extra
