Stay in a beautiful waterfront home, right in the city yet in a quiet location. Discover the charm of Alkmaar from this unique spot.

Good to know:
	•	I live in the house myself. You’ll have your own room and, if needed, access to the kitchen.
	•	The bathroom is shared.
	•	Living room is private.
	•	Non-smokers only.
	•	Please respect each other’s privacy.
	•	House rules apply.

There are two rooms to choose from. The price mentioned is for the smaller room (“Floris”). There is also a larger room available with a double bed.

The room is accessible via two staircases. The bathroom is shared.

You’re welcome to enjoy the garden for a coffee or a drink, but not for spending a whole day or evening. Please use the garden only when I (or my daughter) are not at home.
