Normally i rend my rooms for temporary stay. For periode till April possible to rend long term. Only reliable, quiet, respectful, careful renters who have a daily work or study. I live in the house together with my daughter. Possible to lend a bike. Houserules among other things are; no other guests/friends, no smiling, shoes off in the house, quiet time after 2230. Cooking is possible but owner uses kitchen too. We can discuss details and possibilities.
