About the place

A room of approximately 13m² will become available at the end of August in a cozy and fully equipped house. The room has a wooden floor, and window with nice view, and the desk with monitors can be part of the rent as well. Rent is €800 per month (all-inclusive) and the room is available for a minimum stay of one year.

About the House
The house is currently shared with one other person: a 32-year-old full-time working male. You’ll share several common areas, including:

A fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, kettle, dishwasher, etc.)

A comfortable living room with TV, sound system, and PS5

Bathroom with toilet, plus an additional toilet downstairs

A garden

Washing machine, dryer, and fast internet

Access to streaming services like Netflix and Prime Video

Location
The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest train station. Travel times:

20 minutes to Amsterdam Central

15 minutes to Amsterdam Amstel

25 minutes to Utrecht Central

There are also two supermarkets and two gyms within 5 minutes walking distance.

Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for a tidy and social housemate (m/f), between 20 and 35 years old, either working or studying. Smoking is allowed outside only. Note: there are (or will be) cats living in the house, so you’ll need to be comfortable with pets. The ideal tenant is someone who plans to stay at least one year.

House Rules
Overnight guests are allowed in consultation (max. 2 nights per week)

Cleaning of shared spaces is done based on a mutually agreed-upon schedule

Smoking is only allowed outside with the use of an ashtray

Rent is due before the 25th of each month for the following month
