Looking for an affordable and comfortable room to rent? We have a great opportunity for you! Our spacious 9m2 room is available in a shared house located in Aalsmeer, in a desirable neighborhood.

The room is unfurnished, allowing you to personalize it to your liking. With plenty of natural light, the room is bright and welcoming, making it a cozy place to call home.

As one of our valued tenants, you'll have access to all shared facilities in the house, including a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a modern bathroom. You'll be sharing these facilities with three other friendly and respectful roommates.

The most important guidelines we have to follow are the following: 

- Age: Maximum 28 years 
- Work situation: Permanent fulltime contract or a document your employer wants to give you a permanent contract in the near future.
- The contract for the room is for one year minimum.
- Gross income can't be higher than €49.757


The monthly rent for the room is 320,- with additional expenses of 110,- a month for groceries. This includes all utilities such as water, electricity, heating, and high-speed internet. You can rest assured that there are no hidden fees or expenses.

To secure the room, we require a security deposit of two months' rent. This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided there is no damage to the room or shared spaces.

Please note that while we love pets, we already have two adorable guinea pigs living with us, and we cannot accept any new pets. This is to ensure a comfortable and peaceful living environment for all our tenants.
