Very beautiful, detached house (40m²) in the garden of De Westhof, an old shipyard founded in 1654, located in the heart of the village of Zoeterwoude-Dorp, near Leiden and the A4 (The Hague and Amsterdam).
The owners share this historic property with Fritz, the royal poodle. Therefore, the (international) tenant/student is expected to have an affinity for animals and gardening. This is an excellent location for music students.
The price includes water and electricity but excludes gas. The house is fully furnished. The minimum rental period is 6 months, and the maximum is 12 months. It will be available from the end of March 2025.
The security deposit is €650. The price is low because tenants are expected to help with walking the dog and taking care of him when the owners are abroad.
