We are renting rooms in a large, modern house, available immediately for long-term female tenants (working professionals or couples).

This is a fantastic opportunity to live in a comfortable, fully-equipped house with great shared amenities.

About the House:
Ground Floor: This is the central common area, featuring:

A large, fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, airfryer, induction hob, and extractor hood.

A comfortable living room with a large TV and a spacious sofa that easily seats four people.

Access to a spacious back garden.

A separate toilet.

First Floor (Middle Floor): This floor has three bedrooms and the main bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, a separate bathtub, and a second toilet. (All rooms on this floor are currently available).

Second Floor (Attic): This floor has one bedroom (currently occupied) and a shared landing with the washing machine and dryer.

Available Rooms & Prices:
We currently have three rooms available on the first (middle) floor. The rent is all-inclusive (gas, water, electricity, and high-speed internet).

One (1) Large Room: €1000 per month (all-inclusive)

Two (2) Standard Rooms: €900 per month each (all-inclusive)

Please Note:
Municipal taxes (like waste tax) are not included in the rent and will be shared among the tenants.

We are only looking for female tenants for a long-term stay (a minimum of 1 year or longer is preferred).
